Terms of sale and delivery

The following conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements have been concluded between you as a buyer and ssbacoustic.com

Payment

www.ssbacoustic.com accept the following payment methods: Wire transfer. Payments with Cards like Mastercard and Visa will be available soon.

All prices include VAT and other duties.

Delivery

Shipping of goods is always done with a courier.
Delivery to the door. Carrying in the goods is not included. Curb side delivery only.

You can choose these following delivery options:

DPD – Pick up point

DPD – Home delivery

DPD – Business delivery

Right of cancellation

These rules apply only to sales to consumers, unless otherwise agreed. You have 14 days right of cancellation when you shop at www.ssbacoustic.com . The cancellation period expires 14 days after you have received your item(s). You must notify us within 14 days of  receiving the receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. In your notice, please make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You will find instruction on how to cancel your order in your order confirmation and at the bottom of these terms. You cannot undo the order by simply denying the receipt of the item without giving us  a clear notice of this.

Return

At ssbacoustic.com , you pay your return costs yourself. You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Upon return, you are responsible for the goods being packed securely. You bear the risk of the item damage up until the time of delivery of the item. You can usefully reuse the packaging from ssbacoustic.com. The absence of original packaging may represent a decrease in value, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in the original packaging. Enclose a copy of the order confirmation and the statement  of the order number it is regarding to.

The condition of the item, when you send it back

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product has been tested, in addition to what is described above, we  will consider it to be used, which means that you will receive only part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item. In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical shop. You are allowed to test the product, but cannot put it in real use. If a product has been used, the depreciation will be deducted from your refund. Therefore, be sure to keep the protective foil on the goods until you are sure that you will not make use of the right of cancellation.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, the amount of the purchase will be deducted. If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer) , without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we have received the notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless both parties  have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have submitted, before then, proof of return.

You can also cancel the purchase by providing clear notice and handing it in personally at the above address, prior both parties agreement.

Complaints

Consumer and seller rules of the purchasing law can be applied to purchased goods. When you shop at www.ssbacoustic.com you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behaviour. You must notify ssbacoustic.com  within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you notify the seller within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely. If the claim is warranted, we will refund your (standard) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging, and consumer must remember to obtain a shipment receipt so that we can repay your shipping costs. When you return the item, please provide detailed information about what the defect is.

In the case of business / commercial purchases, the 24-month right of complaint will lapse and will instead exceed to a one-year warranty.

Moreover, you have the possibility to send a complaint through EU’s appeals authority ODR (Online Dispute Resulution).

Privacy policy

To be able to make a purchase at www.ssbacoustic.com we need the following information: Name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. We register your personal information with the purpose of delivering the item to you. The personal information is registered at ssbacoustic.com and stored for five years, after which the information is  automatically deleted. When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure it always happens with your express consent, so you will be informed which information is being collected and why. The CEO of SSB acoustic has access to the registered information about the consumer. Information submitted to www.ssbacoustic.com is in no way disclosed or sold to a third party, and we register no sensitive personal information. By assigning to newsletters, we register your given e-mail address. The e-mail address is not disclosed to others. When registered at ssbacoustic.com you always have the right to object against the registration. You also have the right to insight in which information is registered about you. You have these rights by the GDPR act and enquiries regarding this should be directed to SSB SIA via e-mail info@ssbacoustic.com
